Team members from Peach State Health Plan and KeyBank joined a new Habitat homeowner for the dedication of his new home located in the Marietta City limits. This home is the ninth built by NW Metro Atlanta Habitat in Cobb County this year and the 477th in the non-profit’s 31-year history. “There is a great need for affordable housing in our community”, shared David McGinnis, NW Metro Atlanta Habitat’s President, “and the Habitat model is one solution toward meeting that need.”
Chevron Cardenas, VP of Operations for Peach State Health Plan, shared Peach State’s commitment to giving back to community as part of their corporate mission. Tayven Hike, VP of KeyBank agreed adding, “How impactful working alongside of the new Habitat homeowner to fulfill his dream of homeownership was to his team members.” This is the eighth house that KeyBank has joined NW Metro Atlanta Habitat in sponsoring and the second for Peach State Health Plan.
