Application Process

NW Metro Atlanta Habitat for Humanity serves Cobb, Douglas and Paulding counties. If you're interested in homeownership, please read over the steps below and prepare financially if necessary. Thank you.

Step 1 - Determine if you are able to answer "Yes" to all of the questions on the Qualifications page. If so, you are ready for the next step.

Step 2 - Complete and submit the Information Request Form. Please remember your income must be within the limits of the table below. You'll receive a confirmation email after submitting your form. The page containing the link to an online Information Request Form is not available at this time. Please continue to check our website for upcoming homeownership opportunities.

Step 3 - You will be contacted with instructions regarding your next steps in the process. At that time, you will be asked to describe your before-tax income as extremely low, very low, moderate, or low. Use the table below to verify your income.

Step 4 - Return all requested information by the deadline given. You will receive communication via email and/or mail (acceptance, denial, or other notification) within 30 days.
