Veteran Repair Application Process

NW Metro Atlanta Habitat for Humanity serves Cobb, Douglas, and Paulding counties. If you're a veteran in our service area and interested in the Critical Home Repairs for Veterans Program, please read over the steps below. Thank you.

Step 1 - Determine if you are able to answer "Yes" to all of the questions on the Critical Home Repairs for Veterans Qualifications page. If so, go to Step 2.

Step 2 - Complete and submit the Critical Home Repairs for Veterans Information Request Form. You will receive an automatic confirmation email when your form has been successfully submitted.  If you do not receive an automatic email within 30 minutes, please check your junk or spam mail folder.

Step 3 - You will be contacted with instructions regarding your next steps in the process by email or phone from a member of our staff. At this point, you will be required to provide proof that you meet the qualifications for the Critical Home Repairs for Veterans Program.
