Last Saturday, representatives from Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church, Mt. Zion United Methodist Church and the Anheuser-Busch Foundation joined our staff and our newest Homeowner to dedicate their newly built home in Powder Springs. The ceremony highlighted the multi decade long Habitat sponsorship by both churches and a new local sponsorship by Anheuser-Busch. The house leader, Bart Thein, recognized the crew leaders and the more than 200 volunteers who worked to make the house a reality for this young couple. Thanks to the teamwork of our gracious sponsors and volunteers, our newest family will be in their home in time to celebrate Christmas. A wonderful Christmas present indeed!
