Application Process

PLEASE NOTE: Our Interest Form has been temporarily removed, due to our current list of potential applicants waiting to attend an Orientation Meeting. Please check the website periodically to see when the Interest Form returns.

NW Metro Atlanta Habitat for Humanity serves Cobb, Douglas, and Paulding counties. If you're interested in homeownership, please read over the steps below and prepare financially if necessary. Thank you.

Step 1 - Determine if you are able to answer "yes" to all of the questions on the Qualifications page. If so, you are ready for the next step.

Step 2 - Complete the Interest Form for an opportunity to attend an Applicant Orientation Meeting.  You'll receive a confirmation email after submitting your form.  Meetings are held 2-4 times a year.  You will receive information regarding the next scheduled meeting.  The Orientation Meeting explains the Habitat Homeownership Program including the application process.

Step 3 - Complete the Application Packet. Return the completed packet with all necessary documentation by the deadline given.

Step 4 -  You will receive communication via email and/or mail (acceptance, denial, or other notification) within 30 days.
