Colony American Homes Donates Property

Thank you to Colony American Homes (CAH), headquartered in Arizona with local offices in Marietta, Lilburn and Stockbridge.  CAH generously donated property to our affiliate, on which a new Habitat house for a deserving Cobb family will be built. The home originally located on the lot burned down. Rather than sell the lot, CAH decided to donate it to Habitat. The local staff members are excited to participate in a build next year and hope they will be able to work on the house being built on the property they donated.

Colony American Homes provides single-family rental homes for residents with a strong sense of family, community and integrity. The company was started in 2012 with the goal of helping people find quality places to live, raise their children, and build relationships within their community. Their resident-first approach has helped them build a business that started with 100 homes in one state, to a business that now has over 16,000 homes spread across 10 states. We look forward to strengthening our partnership with this upstanding business and its people.
