Mableton, GA (September 12, 2016) – CINC (Commissions Inc) representatives dedicated a new NW Metro Atlanta Habitat for Humanity home to Matilda (last name withheld) and her two daughters in Mableton, GA on August 25, 2016. The build began on June 4, 2016.
“CINC is in the real estate business, and partnering with NW Metro Atlanta Habitat was the perfect way to give back to the community that has given so much to us,” said CEO Duane LeGate. “We are really excited for Matilda and her daughters to start this new chapter in their life.”
As part of its sponsorship, CINC employees dedicated weekends to help construct this new Habitat house. The home is the ninth home under construction through NW Metro Atlanta Habitat affiliate in 2016.
“The contribution and the commitment of CINC to build this Habitat house will help us achieve our goal of building sixteen houses this year,” said David McGinnis, president and CEO of NW Metro Atlanta Habitat. “Involving employees in the sponsorship creates camaraderie and fellowship among employees as they volunteer their time, which is an important part of the unique Habitat sponsorship experience.”
“We are very grateful to have an affordable home that will meet our financial needs,” said Matilda. “Moving into a new home will mean everything to us. We are looking forward to all good opportunities that will come our way.”
This Habitat home will be a part of the affiliate’s 30th anniversary year. The affiliate has built over 460 affordable homes in Cobb, Douglas and Paulding counties since 1986.
