Building Decent, Affordable Homes in Uganda

Through a tithe of its undesignated income to Habitat International's Global Ministry, NWMA Habitat has helped build over 322 homes in Uganda!

Ronald Oganpo is the Director of Habitat for Humanity - Uganda. Recently, he wrote to us:

"I’m writing to express our VERY HUMBLE THANK YOU for your recent donation (US $ 28,449.88) to HFH Uganda which was reflected in our June tithe report. ‘HUMBLE THANKS’ because, regardless of the current global economic downturn, you have continued to stand by families in need of improved shelter in rural Uganda. At the current house cost of UGX. 4,200,000 (US$ 1,953), HFHU will reach at least 13 more families. NW Metro Atlanta is our biggest tithe partner and has been for years now."
